I have an acoustic and I play it like once every two weeks. I dunno what strings I have, but they're good and expensive. I'll find out and tell you tomorrow if I remember. |

Right now, I have Martin Marquis 80/20 Bronze Medium (.013 - .056) on my acoustic. They sounded good at first. A very bright tone. But I definitely need to replace the strings. |

Martin Phospher Bronze on everything expect the Taylor which for some reason seems best with Elixiers. |

d'addario phos bronze 12s on the S&P and D'arcos on the front room guitar - cos they're cheap and you don't have to worry about replacing them |

Sorry Zoid, I didn't see your question until just this minute. Elixiers........I don't like them much for anything other than Acoustic. The only reason that I have them on the Taylor is that it just seems to respond best to them? In any other event I'd say the were over priced and feel horrible, but other's views may very well be different. The only reason I use the Martin Phosphers is simply that I get a superb deal on them when I buy in Bulk. I too prefer the D'addarios
