This is a simple drum beat. it is the most common and great start up beat. Learning this beat will help not only your timing but also the fact that it will help you grasp the ability to control your arms and legs in a independant matter and will give you the ability to able to control your arms and legs at different paces and movements
there will be a video to follow this up in a few to help you visual this beat
for now I have put up a midi to help you hear this beat it will start off slow and then pick up the BPM or so
