Newbie Posts: 5 Group: Members Member #8,807 Joined: September 7, 2008	I have had an acoustic guitar for a few years but just started playing it for the first time in a while. I am thinking of buying an electric guitar soon, so if you have any suggestions that would be cool.

Posts: 610 Group: Moderator Member #8,625 Joined: June 23, 2008	welcome. read thru some of the posts on that subject in the electric guitar section. that will give you a few ideas. angus is right take your time and figure out what works for you. set a budget and then try out some guitars (don't forget amps) in that budget. we'll be more than happy to give our opinions after you figure a little more on what direction you want to go.
