Using powerpoint to create pages of stuff to practice and using timed pages, you can run the slideshow and it will automatically change the slide after a set duration. And in powerpoint you can include all sorts of different media, images, videos, sounds and obviously text. Hyperlinks animations and stuff all sorts. Don't know, i just thought of it the other day, some people might find it a useful way to practice some may not, i have never tried it i cant say.
