Hello Everyone...

Eventualy got some cash for my new guitar... And noww...
It's either ESP LTD MH250 NT or Ibanez S320 or RG320... And I just don't know what to do... I just love the ESP but I fear that it's action wont be as good as Ibanez's. I've red couple of reviews and some people complained about dead frets... It would be perfect if I could try it out but I cant... What do You think?
Thanx

either would be good however i would lean toward the Ibanez guitars myself. if you have a good guitar tech avilable they could address any fret problems that the ESP Ltd. may have. i would shy away from a guitar that has had alot of complaints myself it shows that there are quality issues. i have a LTD bass and love it so i'm kind of suprised to hear that the guitar has a bad rep. i have had several Ibanez's over the years and never had a problem. my noodle while watching tv is a dirt cheap ibanez that i had a little work done on (pawn shop prize) and it plays great and even with the cheap non-locking whammy stays in tune amazingly well. (my guy is an ace with no-locking tremeloes).
and now for something completely different

I'd imagine your talking about the fancy RG320? Because i have one with upgraded pickups (SD's) that plays wonderfully and the ESP MH series isn't good at all Go with Ibanez

I have owned 3 ibanez's from a £200 s series to my current RGT and I have never had a problem. In my opinion the ibanez is the safe bet.

I would go with Ibanez over LTD

However, I would go for ESP over Ibanez

Conclusion, LTD are crap!

I have an RG series ibanez and ive never had any probs. When i borrowed my mates old ESP it had wonky pickups and an oversized lead plug. My bet would be Ibanez.

i am suprised by that, was it an actual esp or was it a different type of esp?
my ESP is spot on perfect, and my friends ones are all perfectly made too

High-end LTD's aren't bad?

And I've seen a case of an ESP being crappy. Lots of string buzz from low E-string and A-string. It was an Eclipse-II I believe. Even after three reparations (one of them being like, Sweden's best guitar tech) the buzz was still there.

The customer was REALLY not happy. AT ALL. I truly felt sorry for him. You pay $2500 for a great guitar from a renowned company, you need to have a proper guitar. period.

I really dont think LTD's are all that bad. For the lower end stuff, you wont find better for the same price. In my humble opinion, Ibanez guitars are $h!te. Go for the ESP/LTD.

Hi Guys
I am waiting delivery of a new ESP EC1000 Ltd LH. As a southpaw choises are limited, always promised myself a Gibson Les Paul for my 50th but cant honestly
justify spending over a grand on a guitar. I've had a Ibanes GRX 70 for the past 12 years so time to take the plunge. Did a lot of serching and reading reviews but at my limited abillity it all came down to the looks. Went for the Vintage black with gold hardware. Only worry now is that it don't sound ten time better than my old axe !

I have one of each make (RG320 and an LTD EC200) and I love them both, but in terms of playability its got to be the ESP for me.

Thanx for all the posts !!! I had some problems with the Internet over last couple of months, but I'm back :P

I eventually got myself an Ibanez Prestige 1570 :) decided to spend a bit more and go for the right quality. I'm in love with this guitar :)
