Should I give up before I've even started?

Hey everyone,

I just bought an old knackered electric guitar from a boot fair for £4, lovely looking thing, big fat les paul style body with double cutaways, nicely battered and bruised... It has various cosmetic problems and needs re-wiring, I havent got a clue what i'm doing - I last picked up a soldering iron in CDT at school ( and that was too long ago to remember).

Should I give up before I've even started?

Yours Truthfully,

Timothio

Hell no! Dont give up!

Soldering is easy peasy. If you want, post a Thread in the "Tech Talk" forum, and I can provide Wiring Schematics for your guitar.

We'll get you up and running in no time!

Welcome to the site, enjoy.

-Mick.
